In the unlikely event that we cannot satisfy your order due to stock unavailability, we will contact you to offer an alternative. However, if this would prevent us from meeting your required delivery date we will send a suitable substitute of the same value, and contact you later

Product Return Policy
You are entitled to return goods for refund within 14days of delivery of those goods and this will be construed as the cancellation of your order or part of your order. You will be responsible for the return of goods upon cancellation of your order following receipt of the returned goods a full refund of the purchase price of the item will be issued by the same payment method as that used to originally pay for the goods

Postage
Postage is free on all orders in the UK only return postage will be refunded if goods are found to be damaged or faulty on arrival. Postage will not be refunded on exchanged goods due to wrong size or colour,

Delivery Terms
Delivery is by standard royal mail and should be received in 5 working days, we do not despatch on Saturday or Sunday deliveries cannot always be guaranteed due to Royal Mails limitations of service
